Yes, this service can be aligned with your values and preferences. We will take the time to learn your individual cultural and care needs so they are always considered. You may also have your preferred support person included during the process or access interpreting services if required.

This service is delivered by our qualified Support Workers who are trained to provide you with the assistance you need to continue living independently and well. For assistance with lawns and gardens, this will be delivered by our qualified Home and Garden Maintenance team.

Our Support Workers can assist you with basic cleaning needs, such as cleaning your bathroom and kitchen, or washing and drying your clothes. In addition, they are aged care qualified and will work with you to ensure you continue living safely and well in your own home.

Decluttering services are not provided as part of this service. However, our Crowded House service can cater to this need.

Our qualified Home and Garden Maintenance team can assist with your basic gardening and maintenance needs, such as mowing lawns and trimming hedges. Please note this is not a full garden or landscaping service.

We understand that taking the first step towards in-home aged care services can be daunting, but a little extra help can go a long way towards improving your loved one's quality of life, and importantly, have them living and feeling well from the comfort of their own home. We will work with you and your loved one to respectfully ease a new service into their life. Our team members are expertly trained and treat every client with dignity and respect.
