Yes, we can assist with purchasing and installing visual and sensory aids in your home. We will also provide ongoing support to ensure they are working correctly.

We aim to provide consistency in our staffing and service delivery experience. All of our team members work for integratedliving and we do not outsource personal carers. If you have a preference for particular Registered Nurse or Support Worker, please let us know and we will do our utmost to arrange to have this individual assigned to you or your loved one.

It's important to know that we will exhaust all avenues to see your loved one stay in their own home. This includes using alarm assistive equipment and other programs to help with their memory. We look to understand your loved one's story and journey, then implementing familiar practices or processes to support them. Our staff are goal-driven and work closely with family members to design suitable programs.

We understand that there may come a time when your loved one can no longer stay in their home independently and safely. When that happens, we will provide you with the support needed to transition your loved one to their preferred, assisted living location or facility. Yes, we can work closely with you and your loved one to arrange a solicitor who can assist with preparing a power of attorney and enduring guardian. All conversations will be handled with great care and complete discretion.
