We are pleased to announce a new partnership with home meals provider, Lite n’ Easy. Following a successful Lite n’ Easy trial with our clients based in the Ballina region in March this year, we will start offering Lite n’ Easy meals across regional Australia.
We will be applying this change region-by-region to ensure we dedicate the time required to smoothly transition each client to either Lite n’ Easy or a preferred alternative supplier.
MORE CHOICE - FRESH FOOD
What is happening to the integratedliving Seniors Meal Delivery service?
integratedliving has entered into an exciting partnership with Lite n’ Easy to provide seniors meal delivery to you at home. We trialled Lite n’ Easy with our clients in Ballina, with pleasing feedback such as, “I like the choice, freshness and knowing my meals are nutritionally approved.”
Why is this change occurring?
Senior meal delivery services in regional Australia currently offer a very reliable service. After an extensive review, we have chosen Lite n’ Easy to partner with as their menu offers variety, choice and has improved nutritional outcomes. Lite n’ Easy currently provides meals to over 50 community aged care organisations nationally and we are pleased to be able to offer this service to you.
How can I access this service?
If you have signed up for integratedliving's Meal Delivery service, we will reach out to you when your region is due for the transition. This will be within the 2021 calendar year. If you are not an existing client and wish to sign up, please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1300 782 896 to find out more.
Will I need to pay more?
The Meal Delivery service has been designed to deliver improved value to those of you with allocated funding. Charges will differ according to the source of your aged care funding. Your integratedliving representative will advise on the charges closer to your planned transition date. Where can I view the Lite n’ Easy menu? Feel free to access the Lite n’ Easy menu online.
When will my region be transitioning?
integratedliving is managing this senior meal delivery transition change region-by-region during 2021. You will be contacted with ample notice as we are required to offer at least 14 days notice of any service change you receive from us. We anticipate our New South Wales regions will transition across to Lite n’ Easy (or a preferred alternative meals supplier) by the end of November 2021 and our Queensland regions by the end of 2021 at the earliest. These timeframes are subject to change however we are doing our best to keep to schedule.
We look forward to providing another update in the December edition of the Live Well Magazine.
