Changes to Client Cancellations and Minimum Payments for Aged Care Worker Shifts

Australia's Fair Work Commission has confirmed and updated the award many of our team members are employed under, the SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award), effective 1 July 2022.

integratedliving clients were sent a letter in June 2022 to advise of these changes, specifically client cancellations and minimum payments for shifts, and detailing any changes to service delivery, and in integratedliving's case relating to brokered services.
