Tracy joins integratedliving to lead strategy development, execution and change, marketing and communications, business development, as well as person-centred design and research functions.
She is a senior executive with a reputation as a transformational leader, specialising in business growth and transitions, particularly in sectors undergoing disruptive change. Tracy is also an experienced non-executive director, audit and risk committee Chair and industry-body representative. A trained chartered accountant, Tracy is a former Partner of KPMG with national corporate banking experience, as well as frontline operational and corporate services experience across commercial, private, for-purpose and government-owned businesses.
She is results-oriented and has high-performing track-record in developing and executing business strategies including transformation portfolio delivery and change, commercial acumen, and a strong customer/service-oriented approach. Tracy has an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing risk and reward, innovation, and pursuing customer and business value to build sustainable growth in complex environments.
Tracy has more than 10 years’ experience in the aged care and health sectors, having worked for several major ‘for purpose’ providers, including in regional, rural and remote locations as well as indigenous services. She is an accomplished stakeholder manager and exceptional relationship builder, connecting business partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, and inspiring people to create better customer pathways.
On a personal level, Tracy is passionate about working for organisations that are mission-driven, aspiring every day to make a difference in the lives of those in need and the most vulnerable in our communities. She is dedicated to helping those in regional, rural and remote communities where there is a strong need for better access to community support services, health care, and safe, secure, affordable housing.
